How can I take advantage of the discount as an existing Enscape customer?
You can purchase a discounted license by adding the desired license to the cart and logging in with your existing credentials; the license will then be added to your account. The renewal date and license key of the new license are separate from any existing licenses.
Does this automatically extend/renew my current subscription?
No – this offer is unrelated to any previous purchases. Your existing license is not affected.
I already have a license, can this discount be applied to my renewal?
No – this offer is only valid for new yearly licenses and can not be applied to existing products.
I already own a monthly license. Will it automatically end when I buy a discounted annual license?
No – the monthly subscription will not automatically end. You can cancel it in your Enscape Account to the next renewal date.
Can I save this offer and claim it later in the future?
No – The 20% discount is valid for a limited time only. It can’t be used for purchases after November 28, 2022. If you are interested in hearing about future offers, sign up to our newsletter for product news, updates, and offers.
Can the discount be applied when adding new seats to existing licenses?
No – this offer is only valid for purchases of new yearly fixed or floating licenses. If you already have a license and want to take advantage of this offer, you can purchase a new license via our webstore.
Is the discount also applicable to an upgrade from fixed to floating license?
No – the discount can only be applied to purchases of new yearly licenses. The discount cannot be applied to prorated license-type upgrades.
Can I receive a quotation for this offer?
No – unfortunately we are unable to provide you with a quote, as this offer is only valid for online purchases via our webstore.
Will I also receive the discount for the renewal of my newly purchased license?
No – only the first year will be discounted. The subscription will then automatically renew at the full price after 12 months.
Can I purchase now but postpone the start date of the subscription?
No – the subscription term will start upon the purchase and cannot be postponed.

You can purchase a subscription here.How do I convert my current Windows key to a Mac key?
Your current license key will work on both Windows and Mac*. Simply deactivate the license beforehand to move it to another machine. *Currently only available for SketchUp 2021 and 2022.How can I upgrade my fixed monthly license to a fixed yearly/floating?
If you have a monthly fixed seat license, it is technically not possible to upgrade to a yearly license. However, there is a simple solution. You would simply need to cancel your current license via the license center account (https://my.enscape3d.com/account#!/login) or by messaging us, which will cancel it to the next renewal date. Then, via the license center account, you can purchase a yearly license.How do I move my fixed license to another machine?
To remove or deactivate an Enscape License Key, for example, when you need to move the license to another machine, open the General Settings and click the Licensing menu option. Then click the Deactivate License Key button, which will unbind the license key from that machine, allowing you to activate it on a different machine.How to cancel a subscription?
You can cancel your subscription via your license center account https://my.enscape3d.com/account#!/login. Once logged in, you can press the “cancel” button next to the subscription. It will then be cancelled to the next renewal date.Can you send me a renewal quotation for my upcoming renewal?
We do not provide renewal quotes as we use an automated licensing- and invoicing system; renewals are processed automatically. Therefore, you will automatically receive the corresponding renewal invoice on the date of the renewal and no additional quote is required. What is the difference between a Fixed and Floating license?
- A fixed-seat and the floating license will provide you with the exact same set of features – in this respect, Enscape is the same, regardless of which license type you have. A fixed seat license is a license that is fixed to one machine at a time. You can easily transfer a fixed-seat license, by manually revoking it from a computer, and activating it on another one.
- With a floating license, you can activate the key on as many systems you want. Whenever you open Enscape, 1 seat is filled, up to a maximum of the number of seats you purchase. The seat is freed as soon as you close the Enscape window. This means: If you use a floating license, the total number of machines that use Enscape at a time must be equal or less than the number of seats you own.
How do I renew my license?
All Enscape subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You will receive a confirmation email once renewed and the invoice within 24 hours of the renewal.How can I view the usage of my floating license?
Once logged into the license center account, the usage data of floating licenses can be viewed via the Stats button where you can choose to view data for the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 180 days. There is also a button here to download the data as *.csv file.Can multiple people access our license at the same time?
The amount of people who can access your software depends directly on the number of seats your subscription has. If you have 1 seat, only 1 person can use the software at a time.Is the license bound to one CAD software?
Enscape works with: Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Archicad, and Vectorworks. You do not need to purchase a separate license for each CAD software. Please make sure to check the system requirements here.How do I add a seat to my existing subscription?

How to change payment method?
You can update your payment method by logging into your license center account: https://my.enscape3d.com/account#!/login. Once logged in, if you hover over your account name in the right hand corner, you can select “payment method” to change your payment method.How do I find my invoice?
Invoices can be found by logging into your license center account here. Once logged in, click on the account name in the right hand corner and select “Invoices”.How do I add a PO number to my invoice?
You can click on the “Add Comment” button to attach a note to the invoice. Please observe that any comment you add is just for your own records, and no action or message is sent to Enscape this way.To what address do I send my check to?

Do you provide any discounts?
We currently are providing a volume discount, starting with purchases of 5+ licenses purchased at one time. If you think your order would qualify for a volume discount, please contact us for a quote. The volume discount is only valid when purchased via quote. Please include the following information: company name, contact name, address, email address, type, and quantity of license.I can’t find the payment button.
Within your Enscape account, the Outstanding Balance field shows the total outstanding invoice amount. The Outstanding Balance shows the sum of all unpaid invoices. In addition to the existing automatic payment of invoices, it is possible to pay all or individual invoices manually. To do this, simply click on the “Pay All” button or on the “Pay now” button, which appears when individual invoices are selected via the checkbox. Clicking on the “Pay” button will then guide you through the corresponding payment process.Why hasn’t my payment gone through?
When a payment method is added, it can take up to 24 hours for the payment to automatically be deducted. If it has been more than 24 hours and your invoice is still showing as “unpaid”, please follow the steps mentioned in the question above.I have an unapplied credit. How can I apply that to an outstanding invoice?

First, please ensure your system meets our Minimum Hardware Requirements. If it does, make sure you have updated your graphics card drivers and that you are using the latest version of Enscape. If you do not have an academic email address, you can provide us with a proof of enrollment document. The document must be issued by your school, have a current date and show your full name and the name of your university.Why can I not log into my Enscape account?
The reason you could not log into the Enscape accounts is that students do not have accounts there; this is only for our paying customers. An Enscape account is mainly used for keeping track of invoices and payment methods, neither of which students have.Do you offer licenses for educators?

Our PO number is not appearing on an invoice. How can we fix this?
Is your invoice for a renewal of an already existing subscription? If so, we have most likely not received a new PO number from you. If you have one you would like us to add, please send it to us and I can send you an updated invoice. You can also easily add your own PO number via your license center account, by clicking “add comment” next to the specific invoice.
